Our Medical Practice
We are a friendly, family-oriented GP surgery, situated in the heart of Castlepollard Town, approximately 15 minutes from Mullingar, Co Westmeath. Our knowledge base continues to expand with new advancements in medicine, and our promise is to continue this development with you, our patient, in mind.

Gynaecological Services
Dr O’Hara has performed thousands of gynaecology scans, both transabdominally (across the lower abdomen) and trans-vaginally (internally). She successfully completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Obstetric and Gynaecological Ultrasound through UCD. With a wealth of knowledge and experience in the area of gynaecological services.
Gynaecological Package
Dr Emma O’Hara has been working as a GP for over 15 years. She holds a Masters in Medical Ultrasound and a Diploma in Women’s Health. Her area of special interest is Gynecological Ultrasound and Early Pregnancy Ultrasound and as such, she has developed a package that encompasses the needs of a woman during this very special time.
COVID-19
Castlepollard Medical Practice is running a “CLOSED DOOR POLICY” as and from Monday 16/03/2020. We will strive to deal with everyone’s queries, but mainly via telephone. We will only see emergency cases, and this may need to take place in your car outside the surgery grounds. We ask that you respect the procedures we have put in place during these uncertain times.
